    For over 25 years Rugen Motorentechnik has been the specialist for all aircooled Sportscars. Here, in every nook and cranny, you can feel the passion for the vehicles from Zuffenhausen. The results of our work can be measured in seconds: many famous drivers and vehicle owners from the international racing scene successfully rely on the engines of Manfred Rugen and his team

    With competence and experience, we are a reliable partner to the racing scene when it comes to optimizing, repairing and rebuilding aircooled racing and prototype engines.
    Thanks to our fully equipped special workshop, including two injection pump test benches, we are able to repair and optimize all original injection pumps – from the six-cylinder to the elaborate prototype engine.

    All engines are tested in our own testing facility for their performance and optimally adjusted before delivery. Together with extensive documentation of the work carried out, our customers get full transparency

  • TRANSMISSION
    Since the best engine can only deliver its performance via an excellent gearbox, we offer our customers the repair and optimization of all gearboxes in the air-cooled series. For racing and rallying we develop individual solutions for every application according to the respective requirements.
